T-shirts

I've been by the Plastered T-shirt store in Nanluoguxiang a couple times. Their designs are very creative. I like these ones the most:

The Chinese words say "kung pao chicken". This is a great one for me to wear since I like to eat that stuff at least once a week.

I'm not sure if this one with the bus is supposed to be funny or not, but it makes me crack up for some reason. I think it's the word "super" that does it for me.

The t-shirt store is located in China, but unfortunately the t-shirts are just as expensive as in the US at twelve dollars.

Ullens Center for Contemporary Art opening

A friend of mine works at the newly opened Ullens Center for Contemporary Art. I was fortunate enough to get a couple of passes to the opening weekend museum opening plus a formal party with champagne and fancy people. Here's a New York Times article on the museum and a Xinhua news release.

The party had an outdoor performance by La Fura dels Baus. Some photos of a similar performance they did in another locale are below.
